Arctic King is a very hardy butterhead type for growing outside during the winter. It boasts compact bright green heads ready in spring from autumn sowing. This type can be brought on a few weeks earlier by placing cloches over the crop in January or February.
Lettuce is the staple ingredient for those tasty, fresh summer salads. So why not make it extra special by growing your own crispy lettuces.
Pack Size: 1400 Seeds
WHEN TO SOW
August to September
Where to Sow
