How COVID-19 (Coronavirus) is affecting Plant Pots Direct

The impact of the developing COVID-19 (Coronavirus) situation is becoming increasingly evident in our everyday lives and inevitably will affect business trading. We’re monitoring the developments very closely and are in close contact with the authorities to keep our business running where we are allowed.
The good news is that Plant Pots Direct is still trading, we are receiving a high number of orders and working hard to process and ship these as quickly as possible, in most cases the same day as the order has been received.
We are assessing order numbers all of the time, to meet demand we may temporarily close the website to catch up, monitor stock and give ourselves a break, as soon as we can the website will be taking orders again.
As you can imagine Plant Pots Direct is heavily reliant on courier services, and our business is very much in their hands, we are operate on a very small team who are committed to receiving, processing and shipping orders to meet the demand of our loyal customers. We will continue to operate until the courier services cease for our business sector.
Current stocks levels
We have a very good relationship with our suppliers and we have been assured that stock levels are high, we are currently placing orders with all our suppliers and receiving goods within the usual delivery times.
If for any reason a product isn't available, we will inform the customer and advise of any alternatives or/and options.
We are currently using DX and Royal Mail, both companies are operating a normal service in most areas of the UK. However most areas are operating on minimal staffing levels due to isolation, childcare or sickness, we ask that all our customers remain patient during this period, keep any eye on the tracking information provided and try your best to help the courier where possible (a note on the door, leave safe suggestions...)
