How Return or Replace your order
We are confident you’ll be happy with the products you purchase from Plant Pots Direct, however in the unlikely event you are not satisfied with your purchase we will give you a full refund (minus postage and packaging costs.) for all the items that you return.
Please contact us as soon as possible via or contact page and return your item to us (at your cost) within 7 days of receipt, when the item(s) are received we will confirm via email and issue a refund for the products returned using the same method of payment you used when placing the order.
If you have received your order and an item is damaged or incorrect, please contact us via our contact page to report the problem at the earliest opportunity, quoting your name, order number and what is damaged/missing/incorrect in your order, we will email you back with all the options available to rectify the mistake.
