Description
Extremely prolific plants with a trailing habit and extra large flowers, although not a true trailing variety. Ideal for baskets and containers. Height 35-40cm.

January to March
Where to sow
Sow thinly into pots or seed trays on the surface of good free-draining seed compost and cover with a fine sprinkling of vermiculite. Place pots in a propagator or cover pots with a polythene bag and keep an even temperature of 20-25°C until after germination which takes approx 7-21 days. DO NOT exclude light as this will effect germination. Cover the fine seeds very thinly.
What to do next
When the seedlings are large enough to handle, prick off into trays 5cm apart. Grow on and gradually harden off for planting in the flowering site from late May 10cm apart.
